Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using Pulse Recoil ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

Accessibility Purpose

Pulse Recoil is provided as an accessibility-focused input assistance tool intended to help users improve input consistency and comfort.

The Software is not marketed, sold, or intended as a cheating tool, competitive advantage tool, exploit, or bypass system.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Software complies with all applicable laws, platform rules, game rules, tournament rules, and third-party terms of service.

License Grant

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Pulse Recoil grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software.

Your license is for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, sold, rented, sublicensed, or otherwise distributed.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Share, sell, distribute, or transfer license keys.
  • Attempt to bypass licensing, authentication, or security systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the Software.
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
  • Use the Software in violation of any applicable platform, game, or service rules.
  • Use the Software to obtain an unfair competitive advantage.
  • Circumvent anti-cheat, anti-tamper, or security systems.

License Suspension and Revocation

Pulse Recoil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently revoke access to the Software at any time if we reasonably believe that:

  • These Terms have been violated.
  • A license has been shared or redistributed.
  • Fraudulent payment activity has occurred.
  • Chargebacks have been initiated.
  • The Software is being used for cheating, abuse, exploitation, or unauthorized purposes.
  • The Software is being used in a manner inconsistent with its accessibility-focused purpose.

Revoked licenses are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Refunds may be granted solely at our discretion in cases involving duplicate purchases or technical issues that prevent successful activation.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • License revocations.
  • Violations of these Terms.
  • Third-party bans, suspensions, or penalties.
  • User dissatisfaction after successful delivery and activation.

Third-Party Services

Pulse Recoil is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any game developer, publisher, platform, or third-party service.

We make no representation that use of the Software is permitted by any third-party service.

You assume all responsibility for determining whether your use complies with applicable rules and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNDETECTABLE, COMPATIBLE WITH ALL SYSTEMS, OR PERMITTED BY ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULSE RECOIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS, ACCOUNT TERMINATIONS, GAME BANS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR OTHER THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE LICENSE.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Software following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
