If you experience any issues with Pulse Recoil, please contact our support team.

When submitting a support request, please include:

  • Your order ID (if available)
  • Your license key (if available)
  • A description of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages

We strive to respond to support requests as quickly as possible.


License Delivery

Following a successful purchase, your license key will be delivered automatically.

If you do not receive your license:

  • Verify that your payment was completed successfully.
  • Check your email inbox and spam folder.
  • Allow a reasonable amount of time for delivery.
  • Contact support if the issue persists.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Software, all sales are generally considered final once a license has been issued.

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate purchases
  • Billing errors
  • Failure to receive a license due to a system issue on our side
  • Technical issues that completely prevent activation and cannot be resolved by support

Refund eligibility is determined solely by Pulse Recoil after review of the circumstances.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • User dissatisfaction after successful delivery
  • Incompatibility with unsupported systems
  • Failure to read product requirements before purchase
  • Misuse of the Software
  • Violations of the Terms of Service
  • Third-party bans, suspensions, restrictions, or account actions
  • License suspensions or revocations
  • Claims related to game, platform, or service enforcement actions

Accessibility-Focused Use

Pulse Recoil is provided as an accessibility-focused input assistance tool.

Any use of the Software for cheating, abuse, unfair competitive advantage, license sharing, or other unauthorized purposes may result in immediate suspension or permanent revocation of the license.

Licenses revoked for violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.


Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact support before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of the associated license
  • Permanent revocation of access
  • Restrictions on future purchases

We are generally able to resolve legitimate billing issues much faster through support than through the chargeback process.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution and may take several business days to appear.


Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Support & Refund Policy at any time.

Continued use of Pulse Recoil after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
